Someone on here has the diesel compressor brackets to help you out if you don’t find them local. Use a new condenser out of a 92-97 for 134. Any cab on your year range for the cab parts. New hoses for your year diesel.
I actually scrapped an Isuzu W5 out of my fleet once because of this same issue. If I recall the pump was going to cost 8-10k!
Info on these import trucks is hard to find. Don’t give up till you dig a while. Maybe a used pump or even running engine.
Have one of those in my 71 Datsun B110 “1200” Coupe.
On the Ford I would just get the factory stuff. Seldom needed, often still in the cab when crushed. Cab parts don’t need to be a diesel.
It isn’t the turbo itself. But it may be something you disturbed or changed while installing the turbo.
How much use since the turbo install? Possible high egts did damage that didn’t really show up until it cooled off?
Each time I have driven a 99-03 Super Duty I thought the steering was too stiff compared to my 91 and 96. It is a different box, perhaps it has a thicker torsion bar ( which controls the opening of the internal hydraulic valve)
There is an orfice built into the pump outlet fitting and/or the pump end fitting. I know all of the 99-03 7.3 Superduties use the same pump as the OBS trucks.
Folks have reported air intrusion at the fuel bowl gasket on the Facet pumps. Might pull it off and check it out. If I recall correctly the poster fixed his issue by cleaning and greasing the seal. The reinstall. Not too tight! Plastic....

Linelock is not designed to be left unattended and can bleed off like any hydraulics. Visualize how many times you have seen a jack bleed down or a loader, forklift or dump bed that slowly lowers itself.

Is your F350 single or dual rear wheels? If single a 87-97 F250 axle will fit. Unless some idiot left it off there is a tag with diff ratio on the cover bolts. 4.11 and 3.55 are the usual ratio choices in that year range.
I like to go through my 3/8 drive extensions and find one just the right length to prop the female end against a water pump pulley bolt and the other end against something stationary. Voila free pulley wrench!
You hit on one of the ideas I had before I decided to go SD springs....weld a full width tube through the frame at the front to elementary the factory “A” shackle I made up some tubes that take the same poly bushings as the spring eye. Now they can be purchased from Rough Stuff.
I have been studying this for years because I don’t want a lot of lift. The Super Duty through the frame rear shackles won’t work, the frame width is different. There were never any factory 4x4 80-97 trucks or FSuperDuty with rear shackles.
There is a way to do it with Super-Duty front leafs, maintain a lower ride height and have a good ride. No reversed shackle, but have to weld in your own shackle tubes in the frame. It was posted on Pirate 4x4 forum.
I think the best all around is the 1356. I have seen high hp drag trucks doing boosted launches and no tc problems with the 1356. The 4407 is stronger and trouble free but only 2 year production so rare. Mine went 300,000 miles before I freshened it up for prevention. Really didn’t need...
Good point on the tire pressure! Sidewalls say xxxx MAX load at xx MAX psi. Everyone in the industry plays it safe.... they might load it to GVW then we would be blamed for under inflation failure.....
There are charts out there giving tire size, load and the pressure for that load. 80 psi...
