    Overflow hose leaking and never letting coolant back to overflow tank? I had one crack at the radiator cap on my straight 6. Coolant hit fan and would go everywhere. Was so confused until I saw the coolant by the cap.

    Really? In pa as long as the light source itself is legal it doesn't seem to matter how it gets there. Hid bulbs in reflectors would never fly but you could zip tie BMW headlights inside the holes of the core support and if they're legal and aimed ok its fine.

    Yeah, idk why we call them fluted lenses on the hid planet website. They're good for what they were there for, but absolutely a nightmare for projectors or leds which can be way brighter and aimed better for other drivers than halogens but definitely not with these lenses.

    As long as the projectors are aimed properly they should never bother other drivers no matter how bright the bulbs are because of the horizontal cutoff. Any hid in reflectors however is total hell. These projectors as well as the G5-R projectors are dot legal, doesn't stop people from aiming...

    Yeah, another huge part of it is hot spots for our vision. Old halogens can scatter hot spots that make you not see as well in some areas that are still lit. Hid projectors fix this by having the hottest light be right at the cut off line for the low beams so the further down the road you look...

    I sealed it with clear caulking but I put jb weld on the top and the sides about 1" to re enforce it and held it tight with clamps while it drove. "Ernest" avoided winter and rust its whole life until I got it, so until we get an evening where the roads are totally dry he's stuck in the garage...
