Might need to run a vent tube to each intake tube, you're only scavenging from half your cylinders otherwise. Most things I read say to run 1", but I imagine you could do 3/4 if you're doubling up. I welded a pipe fitting to the IP cover plate on mine and am running 1" hose, but that is for...
I'd move your crankcase vent to one or both of your intake tubes instead of the end of the air filter. There should be more suction after the filter than before.
Oil line is plumbed. 1/8 npt on the block to 4an fitting and then a 24" line. Oil block on turbo has two feeds, second feed is 4an as well to my oil gauge
This thread has info that should help steer you in the right direction.

Mounted a smaller reservoir to be the fill spot for the system. Will likely need to lift it when filling to get the air bubbles out since I cannot mount it higher than the intercooler. Fuel heater and the motorguard final fuel filter are also mounted. Still need to trim the heater bracket and...
Worked on the intercooler reservoir today. It's an old 3.4 gallon propane tank from a VW Westfalia van, was going to use it for my air tank but I don't trust it to hold the pressure. TIG welded some steel for the first time today on it, pretty happy with how it came out for a first try. First...
Figured out the intake piping, took way longer than I thought. Ended up taking a piece of aluminum, bending it by hand to make a mockup of the angles, and ordering the correct bits which arrived today.
2" - 3" 45*
3" cast aluminum 90
3" coupler
I installed positive seals on all of the valves, posted on the IDI FB group with the same question, Justin at IDI Performance said it's all he runs so I went with it. Still working on truck so I cannot vouch for if they work, so take whatever I say with a grain of salt.
Also make sure your unit is indeed an overdrive. Mark the input and output, then spin by hand and count revolutions. If it is 1:1 then trigger the solenoid with 12v and do it again. My unit ended up being a 1.25:1 underdrive, not overdrive.
Figuring out arrangement for the fuel setup, coolant/windshield bottle, and oil bypass, looks like it will all fit.
Moving the CAT fuel filter setup to below the truck. I'll have a 40 micron prefilter to the Holley pump, then out to a 10 micron water separater, then through the CAT filter...
Spent a lot of time trying to figure out this intake hose business. Have more adapters on order, may have to redo the intercooler mounts in order to accommodate the connection from the turbo to the intercooler.
Started work on the oil bypass system. Using an old school Motorguard unit and a...
Have you searched this forum at all? This topic has been covered dozens and dozens of times. Basically loosen the three nuts on the pump and turn it towards the passenger side. Best way is to get a timing meter.
I've been looking for one of these as well. I do not have one for sale, but am adding some pictures to give reference of what you're looking for. One for a 4x4 E4OD should work as well, it might also be listed as a 2wd E4OD with a driveline brake, commonly used in RVs. Same 4x4 pattern as the...
If you cannot find the rings and have a harbor freight close by then their viton o ring kit has the correct oring, number 111, it's like $8 for the whole set and they are doing 30% off this weekend
Today I redid the coolant filter as my first attempt mentioned previously in the thread was pretty awful in retrospect. New setup allows me to close two valves so I can change the filter, it also lets me turn off the coolant to my heater core in summer while still flowing through the filter...
@The_Josh_Bear Ordered a 3" elbow with 6 inch legs for the intake manifold side. Went to Autozone and opened a bunch of boxes for intake hoses, looks like the hose for a Chevy Sonic may fit for the turbo side. Ordered a bendy silicone coolant hose that is 2.5" diameter from a Peterbilt that...
Got the other harmonic balancer on after resleeving it, timing marks on both were the same so I am pondering how I will check if gears are lined up short of tearing everything apart. In any case, balancer didn't look good so swapped it.
Started work on intercooler mount, going to use the two...
First google result when searching, "zf5 short throw shifter". They are the only ones who make one as far as I have heard of or seen reference to. Helpful people whenever I have called for info

Finished out the bottom of the intercooler mount with this fine piece of engineering. Once I got it all bolted in it felt pretty solid. Working on mounting the various accessories so I can determine intercooler placement.
Determined my harmonic balancer was bad while resembling everything...
