    About to swap axles, the "new" set are '03 4x4 3:73's, been sitting outside uncovered for over a year. The RA price for everything, including new hubs, just over $1,300. Called Oreillys and everything is $1,164, including tax. It was the over $200 shipping that killed it.

    Finally back on the C350 project. Got the Kilmat insulation down. Then laid out the vinyl kit from LMC And realized I have one shot to not screw this up. Hoping for some "lessons learned" tips from someone that's been there and done that.

    Oh snap... I was slightly jealous of those headlights, but knew the instant I read the write up that I'm far too impatient to do an install like that myself, was resigned to settle for some as yet undiscovered kit offering. Will a simple drain hole cure it? The LED's should still be working.

    Swapped out the heim joint for the OEM bracket. Hit 65-70mph on a 8 mile test drive without any issues. Thats as tached out as I'll ever take it.     The only dead head regulator I could find was a Mr. Gasket. Went to Holly red pump at the tank, the regulator and gauge between the updated separator and IP. Picked up a remote gauge, plumbed in the sensor mount but have it capped off for now. Have to reconfigure the pillar gauge stack.

    That's a really good point. Couldn't get my '89 running after a new 7.3 and zf5 swap for e4od. Turned out the red/green wire from the GP relay was open before it got to the IP shut off solenoid. Which reminds me, I still have a hot wire jumped from the GP to the IP, haven't torn up the harness...
