    Right on, that makes sense and gives me a better visual for things - like why a pedal can feel mushy. So any air in a hydraulic system will cause the overall pressure to weaken throughout, rather than create "pressure points".

    Recently came across a video about headlight wiring on an '84 F800 and the electrical is similar/identical to our F-series (least my 88 not sure for a 94). Might be relevant for trouble shooting - I've had issues with my headlights in the past but it was corrosion on the hi/low switch on the floor.

    It's manual. Replaced the rear driveshaft u-joint and pinion seal recently-ish but decided it was too much work to do the others.

    Not sure about the cast piece either. The part on the GP tip kind of looks like a male spade connector to me - maybe someone was doing some crimping repair and it fell into the bore somehow.

    Is the truck a manual? Since the truck is stationary am thinking clutch and belt components first but that's just a quick stab. Turned up the sound a bit and what I'm assuming to be the ticking seems inconsistent Also is the sound correlated to any speed or RPMs?

    There's about 2" lift in the front now, the 4ton daytona is pretty high so barely being able to fit now is an improvement.
