    The heater hoses get extremely warm. Not the "I can't hold onto them any longer" hot No idea on water pump age,. Coolant has always looked good. When I took the plug out to put in the mech gage it looked good then too. upper radiator hose only gets warm from it radiating up there. radiator...

    Coolant doesn’t seem to be circulating now. Radiator not hot. Mechanical temp gage only getting to 195 degrees though

    I put it back together and it was blowing fine. Then it quit again. Selector switch maybe?

    ok. I have great air flow on ac but almost no flow on heat. Would that be nest or blend door possibly? Either way I need to pull the unit out correct?

    stock gage goes up to 1/4. same as during summer pulled the glove box door down and everything seems to be moving correctly

    Not sure what this is but the vacuum line was broke when we fixed the ac. My brother said to wire tie it til I got it fixed to get the ac working. Is this why I have very little to no heat?

    I think I’d grind the weld and pull it apart then reweld it if I was to do it again. as far as why, I’m building a centrifuge and that will be the bowl.

    Finally got that new harness on. Been too dang hot in the evenings to mess with it. Still having to cycle the glow plugs twice. Better than 3 times but apparently not my only issue. Really nice harness by the way. mine was in rough shape
