The 1st link is for Walmart. But it doesn't matter where you buy it. Find it as cheap as you can near you then send the receipts to Shell and they send you a gift card with the rebate on it. Rotella oil deal
I usually run conventional Delvac in my IDI but here's a sweet deal on Rotella synthetic. I run this stuff in my dirtbikes and don't even mind paying full price since the volume is much lower than an IDI. gas cans, do you think this guy is right?
I hate most all of them. I grab the "banned" ones at garage saels. But I do like this type. Especially for my boat. Stick the hose in and hold open the vent. And it stops flowing very quickly when you release the vent lever. I've never spilled a drop in the lake. Not cheap though.- Brian VT

ANTI SEIZE on INJECTOR LINES?
Plan on doing some bending to get the new lines to fit. Mine were way off. Very frustrating job. Be sure to put the rubber dampers back on. Or find another way to dampen the vibration (scrap rubber hose, etc.). Very important. In hindsight, I would have only replaced the twisted one and not the...- Brian VT

Assuming you have good batteries, check the wires that connect the batteries. They live a hard life and do fail. If you're sure those are good them jump the 2 posts on the starter solenoid with a srewdriver. Does the starter turn?- Brian VT

Before I installed my PM starter I put the top bolt part way into the hole and put the right length socket and extension on the bolt and taped it all to the starter body before going under the truck to install it. 3G alternator upgrade
I bought a 3G alternator when someone here posted a deal on them a while ago. I figured that I'll install it when my current one fails. Is there any reason that I should switch it sooner? What is the advantage to 3G? And is there a wiring conversion kit available or do I need to make one?- Brian VT

Tach sensor
My tach. doesn't work and the sensor was leaking oil so I bought a new sensor. My tach. still doesn't work and the new sensor also leaks oil. :-(- Brian VT

That's what my button does. It just jumps the solenoid. If the screwdriver trick doesn't work then I don't think a button will.- Brian VT
