14v charging and 12.6v are very healthy numbers.
The battery on the passenger side is flipped, just want to make sure youre putting the leads on correctly?
Verify you have battery voltage at pin A,
Verify you have igniton power at pin I
Verify you have continuity for both pin S and F to the alternator connector, and that the regulator is well grounded on the body.
If all checks out and voltage is poor, probably a bad regulator.

Regulator is internal on that model.
Are you referring to the factory gauge dropping? Thats not a volt gauge, its an ammeter. Check your voltage with a digital volt meter.
Sounds like the governer in the pump is sticking, when it idles down for the upshift, it'll idle down so fast it stalls. Run some heavy concentrated fuel cleaner and drive it like you stole it for a day, it should clear up.
