Is that to clear your rockers or just because? Can’t wait to see this thing finished. It is going to look amazing. Also I am guessing twin turbo?

I have had that problem a lot. I really have to crank them down to get the rubber seal to actually seal. Then they somehow get tighter and are a royal pain to get off. I have bent two different oil filter wrenches. I have had to use a big screw driver twice and one of those times I was pretty...
Could you make the dog bones yourself? They look pretty basic and you are good at fabrication.
No ideas on what to do for an idler gear. I don’t even know what that is. [emoji23]

I am with TnBrett. I like the old hood better. I have zero experience with these trucks, can the mirrors be swapped over to the old hood? either way go with the DT360. this is going to be a sweet build.
I would agree with a messed up ground but also check your headlight switch too. They like to melt and can cause weird issues. Mine melted and only my headlights would work, nothing else, then as I was driving it switched and only the left side of the truck had lights. new switch fixed it.
Looks good. What I have seen recommended is to use zip ties around the cable. Just keep adding more until you get all the slack out.

Cool. I didn’t realize it was a ceramic coating like that. Or that it was that tough. I have only seen it in gun applications and never in person. Sounds like a great product. Is it tough to apply?

I have been looking for a headliner for a long time for a crew cab. Mine is an OBS but still I can’t find one anywhere for any body style. My guess is because they are so hard to ship.

So I have been looking into this because i would like to swap to newer axles. Where are you finding these rolling chassis? I have been looking and cant find a thing, except for wrecked trucks that they still want $5k plus for, or individual axles that you still have to go and buy all the...
Exactly what I was thinking. There are several trucks running around my area. One is what looks like a 10’ bed on a short bed truck. The back end sags 6” lower than the front. Looks like he is popping wheelies everywhere he goes. [emoji2357]

dang I would be asking for a refund from him if he is a member on here. If you don't get it, put him on blast. That way no one else will get cheated by him. I hate dishonest people.
yeah I wasn't thinking your truck was one done up by them. Just that the seats remind of the over stuffed seats i have seen in their trucks. maybe somebody swapped them in at some point?
Those seats look like centurion seats. They made the four door broncos but also did specials trim packages on trucks. Like real wood trim pieces and special center consoles.
There was also some other companies that did something similar.

sounds like you got a good list of things to bring. I second the battery operated tools. life savers.
As far as music George Strait is King! love me some Chris Ledoux as well. If I am not listening to country music then it is usually christian music and David Crowder is near the top of the...
i have a set up similar to your picture on my truck, and no vent or anything higher on the engine. once the line leaves the last filter it goes straight to the IP. with the electric pump working properly even with the lines drained all the way to the tank it will start up quickly. Crack one...
yup thats my truck with the kit installed on it. here is a link to the build from the guy I bought all the stuff from.

and a link to the kit he bought which I then bought from him...
I did bleed the valve but I guess I could give it another go. Can it trap that much air in there?
I had adjusted the rear brakes a couple weeks ago but I will double check them. Just to be sure, how tight do you normally adjust the rear brakes?
