Making a parts run!
It kinda sucks you aren't running your route backwards. I have an engine and some parts that has to go out to Texas to a friend who is about 2hrs south of Dallas. Thoughts on single piece driveline on extended cab...
The only downfall is he doesn't have them marked well so you need to know the lengths and then start measuring. I actually may still have the drive shafts Jason gave me from his extended cab. I was going to put them on my truck when I swapped in the BW1356, but after breaking my BW1345 last year...- tjsea

I'm not sure which is the recirculation door. I thought it was inside, but I could be wrong. Hopefully it's something simple like that though. Btw an evtm is much more than 15 pages, lol! AC resurrection and questions
The hose I used was off an early 90s truck I believe. I got it at the junkyard and had both of the ends that my truck needed. Yep, that is a quick disconnect. It was there for assembly in factory. They could have a vacuum pulled or freon in with it disconnected and then just hock it all up on the assembly line. That's why the hoses that hook to the pump had valves too. Later trucks they did away with this stuff. Those...- tjsea

I've been running my powermaster since 06 back when my truck was my only vehicle and it's still on the truck and working great. When my old 6.9 glow plug system was giving fits she would still crank the truck fast enough to fire down at 40 degrees and you would never have known the glow plugs...- tjsea

Carrier/facet pump observations
I've got a FASS system with filters on my truck. I was having priming issues, but that turned out to be a missing filter sealing ring someone left out when changing the water separator. Since then it's been working great. If I had to do it again I'd go with an Airdog brand with an adjustable...- tjsea
