Let me write out what I think you are saying, and I will also separate the complaints by paragraph to, and also throw some sentences in there while I am at it.
What you mean to say...
Looks like my pulleys are turning slowly. I don't know if one of them is having problems turning. It seems to...
I pulled my heads. It wasn't like I just wanted to mess with my pump. I will just tear it down the rest of the way. It will make me want a cam, but I don't want to spend the extra money on new valve springs and a new cam. It would probably be worth it. I may just push my time table a little...
So it just dawned on me I did not mark the IP gear when I pulled the pump/housing/gear off of my motor. My heads are off, but I don't want to take apart the front gear cover as I do not want to spend the extra time and money getting into that. Plus if I go that far, I feel I should toss an...

Your GP light will come on and off when the truck is warm, when driving down the road?
Your truck will sometimes hard start in the morning.
Your hear an unidentified squeaking noise from the...

I have never had much issue with my multiple IDI's. They have all had leaky fuel systems to. As long as I had good glow plugs, or the right amount of go juice, they come to life in almost any temperature and 9 times out of 10 don't have too much rough starts.
Even if your lift pump was letting...
does the fuel screw stop when it has reached maximum fuel, or minimum fuel? Or is it up to the 'adjustee' to count the turns and know where max/min is?
I am still skeptical about the kit though, they do not have any pictures of it installed on a motor. I will have to look and see if the compound turbo motor has them on it.
