Yes it is the dummy light flickering and I've tested the output of the alternator is still good and pulley spins freely. Also yes this truck has a very old first gen banks turbo kit on it. Another thing I've noticed is the battery light flickers on and off now as well.. the light did the same thing a few months back and turned out to be the vacuum switch or whatever I un hooked it. Cold high idol and tach not functioning properly
I've gotten on it a few times to clear the pipes out. I should mention it is pre smog in CA which means it has a 4" down pipe off the turbo and then comes down about just past passanger door and then angles tip out so shes loud lol. nice Id have to look closer and mabye measure but compaired to the 94 vacuum booster i had it looks the same as far as the mounting holes and what not but the push rod is definitely smaller and longer. i qas going to cut off the one from the 94 after measuring of course and welding it onto the...- Nick_Rego

the previous owner had just had all the brakes repalced its got new shoes and hardware in the rear probably not adjusted properly and the front had new pads and rotors. also has a new vacuum booster and master. it definitely needs to be bled. what does it entail using the newer style...- Nick_Rego
