slow filling tank
It is difficult to actually get the fuel to the tank, due to the angle of the angle of the filler neck.- Jbevs

slow filling tank
I have an 87 cab and chassis with a wide bed on it. It is VERY slow going filling the rear tank. The tank is only slightly lower than the filler opening. There is a shaped plastic pipe within the hose that seems to maybe play a crucial role in efficient filling. Anybody got some insight?- Jbevs

scarry wheel hop
I had a severe death 'wobble', more of a tire hop. I believe the cause was a bad/seized wheel bearing. Eventually the WHEEL exploded, front end dropped to the pavement, I grinded to a stop while watching my tire bounce off in to the trees. Luckily I was only going about 20, but I had just...- Jbevs

Anybody still using the stock water seperator on the firewall?
Mine was bypassed when I bought it, but I've been thinking about hooking it back up. I know there are better options, but this is already in place and free. I'm aware of their issues, but it anyone still using one with little trouble?- Jbevs

Power steering going?
Belts are fairly new (10k miles). Looking under the hood they were not visibly slipping. You are correct that it has v belts.- Jbevs

Power steering going?
Out of the blue (after some really hard rains) it is very hard to turn the wheel when I'm not moving. The belts are not slipping and the fluid level is up to spec. It's not hard to turn while driving, and engine RPM has no affect. Any ideas? I can't see anything wrong.- Jbevs

front brakes on a 2wd?
Pop open the drums and see if something looks out of place. Other than that try adjusting the shoes so they operate correctly- Jbevs

Diesel Fuel Rated Hose?
My truck has had "heater hose" on it since I got it 3 years ago, rated only for coolant. Still working fine.- Jbevs

Why did my turn signals stop blinking and my brake lights stop working?
The flasher on the fuse panel was the culprit. $6 part from advance and I'm good to go. The brake lights are a result of the brake light switch. I'll deal with that later.- Jbevs

Why did my turn signals stop blinking and my brake lights stop working?
My hazards work, so that rules out that relay. My brakes lights actually do work (I was told they didn't), but they don't engage unless I'm really stomping on em. I need to look in to it. Since I now know the brake lights work, I bet it is the flasher on the fuse panel. Thanks for the help.- Jbevs

Out of the blue, the turn signals starting flashing really fast for a couple days then stopped flashing at all. I'm also told that my brake lights flash for a second then go out when brakes are applied. Anyone have experience with this?- Jbevs
