Well this is certainly a surprise to find out the IDI rally is being held in my home state. I am especially surprised because when i brought up the idea years ago it was shot down like a lead balloon and Mel said he would never drive in Jersey. Batteries draining over night
Have you felt the alternator when the engine is cold?. I had that problem one time and the alternator was warmer than the rest of the engine when it sat overnight. Replaced the alternator and all was well.- Compu Doc

Center Link
My center link is broken. Does anyone know where I can get one?. Right now the truck has both wheels facing in and I am talking about the part that connects to the tie rod ends and connects to the pitman arm on the steeeing box. I called Advance Auto Parts and they said it is not available. HELP!!!- Compu Doc

Answer- why dont my brake lights work!
To check the brake light switch I usually disconnect the swith from the plug and then take a paper clip and insert it in the plug hitting both wires. If the brake lights work then the switch is at fault. Total time is less than 5 minutes doing it that way.- Compu Doc
