If any of you ever are having electrical gremlins WORK on your truck ....go get an EVTM, they are worth it!
Fixed. EVTM is pretty-much a prerequisite to anything beyond "typical user" maintenance (fluid/filter changes). Not just for "gremlins", but to PLAN your project and AVOID problems like this in the first place. This is not a "gremlin", this is exactly what one would expect the truck to do in this situation. Reference to an EVTM would reveal that.

I used a harness from a 94 M5OD F150 on my 96 PSD rig which I got already manual swapped, with the MLPS ziptied to the crossmember... lol
I had to move some pins around in the plug on the harness side to match the truck wiring, I think one start circuit and one reverse light one, but it was very much plug and play.
