WTB: "Aftermarket" turbo downpipe

I need a down pipe for my 1994 Factory turbo mounted on my 1990 F350 standard cab. I am looking for a 3" downpipe or similar. No one in my area will make me one and I don't have the necessary tools.

I'd be willing to pay a guy with the tools to make me one if anyone is interested.
