i am working on a 6.2 chevy diesel for a friend. its been sittin for the winter and now it wont start. two new batt, i bled the system all the way to the pump. there is no fuel comming out it injector lines. i forgot my dmm at work so i dont know if there is power at the fuel shutoff. my question is how do i test ground (if it has power) and how do i know if its bad? can i ohm it out what are the specs? if it is bad could i just replace that or is the pump junk? thanks for any and all help. there is power and a good ground at the fuel shut off. it clicks on and off. still nothing out of the injector lines. does this mean the injector pump is shot?

darn it. looks like it aint gonna be able to fix it cheaply. there tryin to sell it for 800. not worth puttin a pump on then
