Will it ever run again??

air and fuel problems. Hard start runs for a few minutes and idles up and down on its own, then dies. Have changed all fuel lines, dropped tank and all looks good there. Added electric pump. Yesterday tried to add a pressure valve on out side of fuel filter no pressure at all. 5lbs on the in side.

Have you checked the inlet side of the fuel filter mount for a bit of debris acting like a check valve and blocking the fuel flow?
