Nobody, you have to make your own.
I was just like you when I first got my truck. I was going to go with a 6" lift, 37's, some sort of wheels, ect.... I ended up not doing that. First off it costs a crap load of money to do that, second off to be honest I wasnt really planing on wheeling my truck all that much. My truck the way it is goes through 2' of snow easily, and thats with open diffs. I'm sure if I threw a locker in the rear I could easily plow through 3' of snow. Its just your own personal preference though. I would probably fix the rust first though, but thats just me.
