Vacuum Pump Idea

I wonder if that could be adapted with a v belt pulley to get a possibly better alternator and vacume pump setup? One less belt on the older trucks/ maybe it's a higher amp alternator? More powerful vacume pump? Possibilities are endless!! Lol

Doubt the vacuum pump would be more powerful.
But... if someone already had hydroboost.....
They seem to very from 90-160 amp.

Those have been around in various forms for a long time. I think the diesel Rangers used a similar one. . I seem to recall some really heavy duty ones that were lubed by engine oil. Most of the ones I recall had the vac pump on the back of the alternator not the pulley side and it wan't too hard to separate the two.
