well this time I did it correctly if you want to look at it that way...
We stripped a couple of teeth off of the counter rotating gear (what ever it's really truely called) - the output gear 5th the one that keeps sliding back is in good shape - the threads on the output shaft are torn to shreds from when the weld broke - actually the shaft broke off a little not the weld (so at least I know my welds were good
)
But I was expecting/planning on picking up a new output main shaft as it was so no biggie there...
I did find out one neat thing is that Autozone has the correct fluid now for the NV4500 on their shelf - it's made by Moblie One, it's not any cheaper than the local dodge dealer or AMSOIL but at least it's another place to pick it up.
