th reason for the need is my factory lift blocks rusted and collapsed and a broken overload spring

Most off-road shops can get them, and a lot of spring shops will make whatever you need. I haven't tried Ford, but that is where I would go first.

Bring in an old U-bolt and any spring shop can make one up while you wait.

A spring shop will be the cheapest and strongest. They will also have the plastic sliders for the leaf ends. Makes the springs nice and quiet, not that we can hear them anyway.

It cost me about 35 per axle when I did mine,

Try Fleetpride. Truck shops carry U-bolts for mounting beds, working on springs etc..... They have a shop in Clarksville about 5 miles from you. Has Truck parts and service, a machine shop and does driveline work too so they should have something or be able to make them pretty quickly.

Most Truck Pro stores have the equipment to make them up to size. You have one right across the border in Louisville

I have to agree with the others and say try the spring shop close to you. They can replace the broken overload and make the U-bolts in no time. They will be cheaper and better than what you can just buy over a parts counter.
