So My clutch is starting to slip when loaded, and over 10lbs of boost.

I've inspected the DMF every spring. All the springs are still there and seems to be functioning as normal. I'm tempted to just replace the clutch and see how many miles I can get with the OEM DMF. 140K now.

If it's determined that the flywheel is not serviceable, I'm pretty sure I'll replace it with another DMF. I can't stand rattles, vibrations. Just Me, I guess.

SO who makes the best clutch set for our rigs? Can I step up to the 12" clutch? My 93 should have the 11"?

I've seen Kelvar pilot bushings, Bushing/Bearing repair sleeves, ect. Which one to use?

Luk makes about the best around in my opinion. I have a 12 inch in my truck and it regularly tows over 8000 pounds if not more. I'm not sure what part number would go for a DMF but I know the one for a SMF is 07-065. Autozone has SMF flywheels relatively cheap and the core isn't that bad either. The part number is 721. The price including core is under 200 dollars.

I'll be sticking with a DMF. What would be the best disc/pressure plate?

Can I bolt a PSD 12.5" clutch in?
