I can buy the whole tensioner or just the pulley, The difference in price is about $30. is the pulley pressed on or would it be easier just to change the whole tensioner? going in about an hour to go buy the parts......

never mind, I just ordered the whole tensioner...... along with a new water neck

Best thing you can do is upgrade to the SD dual tensioner......don't have the part #s handy at the moment but just ask for 2000 up 7.3 dual and belt. Mod takes less than a hour!

just need it not to fail until I got time to work on it this summer ...... not doing any mods at this time, but I will add it to the list.
