There is a truck exactly like that 3 blocks from work that I see at least once a week and think the same thing. Im trying to figure out who owns it so I can buy it and put one of the garage floor anchors in it.

LOve those old trucks, there is one locally here but a Mercury model not Ford, may have the much desired 410 FE engine.

My thought...mod it onto a newer IDI type frame for a conversion...and totally cut cab back off and make it into a Tres' cool 4 door Bronco or Centurion type conversion with Turbo IDI and 4x4, perhaps go way out n make it dually!

390, 4.10, 3 speed on the floor :D

Must suck for fuel economy on the highway.

Then again your not buying a truck like that to save any fuel!

Looks nice, rare to! I'd buy that if it was closer.

That was what the original Big Red I was. Back in 1989 I bought the same truck, 1969 F350 CC LB 2wd with a 390 and a C6. I owned the truck for about 7 years. I will have to scan a few pics in and post them.

Love that ole body style!
