Strange electrical issues

Hi all,

I have some quirky electrical issues:

1. My horn works only when the lights are off.
2. Sometimes the rear, backup light and interior light stay on when I have the lights on. And the little rotating switch thing doesn't turn them off.
3. Headlights seem dim, but I've seen the mod where you can put in a relay and fix that. There was a post that reffered to a part at Summit Racing for this but they don't seem to carry it any more?

The first thing you need to do is check all the ground connections under the hood. The negative terminal of the batteries goes rite to the engine block and it has some smaller wire that go to the fender, frame, and or firewall. Those smaller wires are where you need to start. If you cant find anything like that, make a few up from the - terminal on the batt. It migh help
