Love my little handler 140. It has impressed me over and over again.Funny you should mention that...
My truck is now leaking diesel where it didn't used to, out the back of the valley pan and down onto the y-pipe and the ground... I TOLD the guy if he disturbed the injector return lines that we'd need new o-rings! He of course "doesn't usually have leaks".
And the temp switch (for the idiot light) is the wrong one or defective, since it lights the "ENGINE TEMP" lamp as soon as the wire is connected, even when cold. Already called, going back over tomorrow for the correct switch! I ordered two 10-packs of softer Viton O-rings from McMaster and they may arrive tomorrow. I'm seriously considering just replacing them myself (the return line kit is fairly new and the hose and clamps are in good condition). Wonder if he'll want to charge me after the hefty four-figure bill I just paid, especially since he caused it!
At least the new heads (and head gaskets) are working fine and no coolant leaks.
So I spent the afternoon wiring up a 10" subwoofer and a "vintage" Alphasonik Autosub 100W amp that has been in many of my cars since '85 or so when I bought it. Sounds good now, and you can even hear it over the dieselYou must be registered for see images attach
This evening I also made a bracket from 1 x 1/8" angle iron to mount the amp behind the seat without drilling holes through the back of the cab. Welding is fun when you have a decent welder... wish I'd bought my Hobart Handler 140 years ago
Hauled a "new to him" car for my Father in law.
