At least I don't have to worry about that since mine are all indoor cats.all I have to do is be certain I have my outside cat locked in the shop for the night so I don't make her mad by trapping her instead.

That's not a bad price. I may have to order a pair myself.
I don't know how the daytime running lights are activated. I have what's probably the same harness on two of my trucks and have no issues. No day time running lights. I think that the issue must be relayed to both the high beams and daytime lights on your truck. I think that you need to find a wiring diagram. The thing is, my daytime running lights, and high beams, do not work with it plugged in.
Is this for your 1986 truck? If so, I have the electrical and vacuum manual so I could send you a picture of the pages you may need.I’ve got myself a very befuddling problem. I purchased a headlight relay harness from bronco graveyard, since the price was quite low, it appears to be of good quality. and then I wouldn’t have to figure out how to make it for myself. The thing is, my daytime running lights, and high beams, do not work with it plugged in. It works fine without the relay harness. Does anyone know why that might be? The relays take power from the battery and supply to the headlights, and use one of the old headlight bulb plugs to activate the relay, so that your switch would in theory work the same. It only has two ground points, one for each headlight. The relays themselves appear to ground through the harness, and perhaps share the ground with the headlights.
Nope, it’s in my Canadian F-Super Duty…Is this for your 1986 truck? If so, I have the electrical and vacuum manual so I could send you a picture of the pages you may need.
Yes, as stated in my post, I do have daytime running lights. If I remember right the Canadian version might have daytime running lights which are different than just running lights, so wiring will be different.
Yup. But the daytime running lights also act weird with the relay harness being used…Did you swap the relays to verify they both work?
Could be… I’ll mess with it more probably this weekend, I’m busy late this week…I have one of those on my truck and recently my high beams stopped working. What I found was the wires in the headlight socket would slide back and not make contact. I had to hold the wire as I plugged in the harness for them to make contact. Could be it or maybe not.
