I am relocating my Batteries so that i will have more under hood space. My questions is Do have to keep the same ground locations mainly the two front engine block grounds?

as long as the blocks grounded, youre good.
Meaning grounded to the Batts? frame? Or are you saying if i can find grounding bolts on the rear of the motor thats fine so batts to rear of motor ?

as long as you have a heavy #2 or larger ground mounted ON THE ENGINE.
it does not matter where you have the ground.
the only thing i would be worried about down low on the engine,
is the leaky oil.
i would put them on the bell housing to engine.

and yes youre still going to need your engine to chassis, chassis to body, engine to body and battery to body grounds..
the more the marrier.
