Ok Jared scolded me and put me in time out for not getting on here. It's only been about 3 years... Ok yes I am bringing my drum smoker. I'm going to try to build another one to bring too. I will be smoking Heath's brisket. I will also do some chicken thighs. Danielle you mentioned chicken also. Let me know how much you're doing so we don't do too much. I am contemplating throwing a pork but in with the brisket too.

We will do both a Caesar and regular tossed. I will bring some traditional dressings also - Balsamic, Ranch, Thousand Isle types..

Sweet! I'm gonna take note man. I don't have a smoker, but I want one. The only reason I want one is to smoke brisket. Well, than and smoked bologna.

It's from a calf we had butchered. Amish butcher, they don't label much. It looks to be about a 3.5 to 4 pounder. Barnsley beef brisket (got the calf from my cousin in Barnsley).
