rabs test connector

Hi all,

I have been searching and searching and I cannot find the diagnostic connector. There are a lot of connectors that have two wires in the wheel well! I don't see and that have a black/orange wire. In the Chilton manual they even have a (tiny) picture of where it is supposed to be and I STILL can't find it. The connectors have manufacturer labeling, maybe someone could read the label off of theirs? Thanks in advance.

Is that the round connector on the fender in the engine compartment beside the data link connector?

Yeah, that's the problem, which round connector? There are at least two that are capped off.
