quality turbo rebuild kits, where to buy?

Where do you guys buy quality turbo rebuild kits? Ive heard some places use junk for their kits. Also where do you send them off to get balanced. I had my powerstroke turbo balanced a long time ago after I did the kit but I cant find the guys email now.

ive had 2 turbos rebuilt in my past.
never had a problem with them.
i would tell you where i got them done,
but i prefer to promote oil burner members for this task.
i believe type4 and a few others do this work.
im pretty sure you need to send your turbo to them.
or atleast a core. thes guys do this all of the time. its better to have it done this way.
im sure they will chime in soon.

Yup I just want the kit. I want to put on a wicked wheel, replace bearings, get balanced(locally) and throw it back together. I'm still trying to find the 093 ats hot side but I'm not going to hold my breath. I really don't want to pay someone to do the rebuild. I'll pay the 50 to get it balanced but the rest I just want to spend in parts.
