PSD 7.3 or 1st gen. ******'s swap?

Okay i'm wondering which would be easyer to swap in it my 92 a mid 90's powerstroke 7.3L or a 92ish 12v ******'s I would get a running part's truck and I want to run a 5 or 6 speed to. I'm move leaning toward the 1st gen. ******'s because there still an all mechanical fuel system.

so what do you guys think

Funny as it may sound I think it's easier to install a 12v into a manual tranny ford than switch out an IDI. I would sell the truck and buy a PSD truck if you wanted one, no reason in the world to go through all that effort.

If it were me, I'd Cummins it. As much as I like my IDI's and Ford trucks, a PWRsmoke is NOT an IDI!!!

I would stick the cummins in her!
