oil pressure question

just installed a new 0-100 psi autometer oil pressure gauge crank up i see about 40 lbs and when it is at operating temp i see 20-25 at idle runnin on the highway i see anywhere from 50-60 does this seem about right for my 7.3

Yeah, that is fine.

I see 50 psi cold idle. 25 warm idle. 50 psi at any RPM above idle.

I only see just over 40-maybe 45psi when running and around 20,sometimes 25 at idle hot, just under 40 at idle cold and have drove from Michigan to New Mexico and back loaded down and the truck never gave me any problems.

Rebuilt with about 15k, just over 10 hot idle and just over 40 goin down the road, also is feeding a turbo.

yep...i asked the question before because i was a bit concerned when i got the truck....mine got a banks turbo too...not sure if that makes a big difference or not

yup thats right around where my 7.3 is at.
