Oil pressure gauge stuck

So I tried doing the ops mod the other day got all messed up shorted a wire out blew my ECM fuse so I just hooked everything back up well my oil pressure gauge is stuck all the way to the right even when the truck is off i tried pushing it down but soon as I hit the key it goes back up.

Something has it completely grounded out. It's getting a full 1 million ohms reading now, hence why it is pegged.

I got it fixed the brand new ops was bad.
