I'll be building the oil feed line and just wanna make sure I'm tapping into the right spot as it seems my oil pressure sender is mounted different than any other 6.9 I've seen, here's pics of what I believe is my oil pressure sender and line.

They do that to keep the vibration from killing the sender.

BINGO.... We have a winner. Our idi engines create plenty of vibration from high compression and the injection pump pulses pushing fuel thru the injectors. Ever wonder why the feed line from the mechanical lift pump is hard connection at the pump but those silly olives at the filter head?? Thats to stop any vibration from traveling and breaking things. Your isolation line is a great idea. What year is your truck?

That figures, the bracket is on almost all medium duty fords with a diesel. A 3208 cat will kill an oil sender in 1 day.

Iirc, there's one on the oil cooler header. Which is where banks turbos draw from.

Those core plugs do not look lije factory replacements....

They are stainless that I put in with the 2 hammer method. Had I known originals were stainless I would have never removed them.
Those plugs have seen 240* for 10 miles. Maybe the paint holds them in.
