o-rings lasting only 300-500 miles

i have bdp stage 1 inj. have had them for four years and love them. replace 1st set of orings 2 mounth ago and they lasted 500 miles. then i changed the orings again and they lasted 1 day. the miss is in a differnt cyl. each time the orings were changed out. it just frustrating gecuase its the same thing over and over agian and starting to get expensive.

what do the o-rings look like when removed? is one scored or cut, or broken?
