NW idi event?

It looks like there is some interest from the NW in an event. Since we are a bit more spread out than the east coast...maybe we should hold a NW event to go along with the CA event? I would be up for a trip to BC...I bet there is some beautiful camping up there eh? If not up there maybe somewhere like Mt. Rainier in WA?

I am no good at planning things so I will let someone else take the lead. But I do have interest in joining.

I would be up for showing my blue smoking truck for an event. Depending when, etc. I would be up for planning some stuff, but doing it on the island means everyone but a few (if not just me) would have to take the ferry over, and that adds a few $$$ to the trip.

I think the last Western IDI Rally was over that way. You could check the BOOB site. There is also a CA event being planned.

I think the west coast one is going to be in southern CA. Canada is actually closer for me. Only a 6 hour drive vs 20 or so to the LA area.
