Im in Cleveland and it's not easy finding someone with one, closest I've found is Crosby. But well worth the drive.

yes. because as you know retarded injection leaves less time for the fuel to burn so it may still be burning a bit when the exhaust valve opens allowing it finish off in the pipe.

So, what's the story with not moving the IP while the truck is running?
Seems like it would make timing much less time-consuming, if it is possible.
