Need some help getting some info on a truck frame 1997

I have a 1997 ford f250 2wd and it was in a crash and bent the front part of the frame, like from the bumper to just past the core support. So i was hoping some one would have or able to get the frame spec sheet so where to measure to and get it close as i can back to stock.
