I need to find the part for this, no idea what he's looking for. He has a 93 250 diesel non turbo and put a banks sidewinder in it. Now it has either smoke or exhaust blowing out around the turbo.

Look in the IDI Tech Articles for parts Bin 2nd page. The parts may be available from IH dealer, possibly Ford dealer. IH can cross reference the part number.

Where was this part located on his truck? Adding the banks turbo relocates this part to the inlet side of the turbo and replaces it with a block off plate on the factory intake.

He said he needs the grommet that goes to the return line to the intake. He's out looking for parts and I'm the middle man sorry you guys but I am really appropriating the help I'm getting! So do you know what he's needing?

Here is a link to th banks sidewinder owners manual. They list that grommet as #45 in the picture. You can call them and they will ship to you.

Their part number is 93043. They can supply that grommet I know. May be able it source one elsewhere, but I am not sure where.

This is the CDR valve. It location is behind the intake manifold. When a turbo is installed like the Banks is you need a aluminum cover plate for the hole in the back of the intake. You can not run the engine unless that hole is covered. Then this CDR is attached to the intake side before the turbo. Then it has a long hose that sucks the blowby from the front of the injection pump gear cover. Both of these parts are made and sold by Banks.

Sorry for not providing a more detailed reply. I absolutely hate typing on my phone. I doubt you'll be able to find the grommet locally - it'll have to come from banks likely.
