Need help removing lower actuator arm from tilt column

So I find that my lower actuator arm for the ignition switch is broken. Damn pot metal. But it looks like the only to pull it out is to disassemble the joint the column tilts on. It's assembled with threaded inserts that look like they have left hand threads inside. . It looks like this is the only way to do it- am I right? I used the search but I couldn't find anything. I'm stuck on this and need to get this truck going --it's my DD.

You are the man! This is exactly what I needed. I knew the pivot pins needed to come out but didn't know size . It looks like left hand threads. Somebody ought to grab this and add it to the DIY section. Thanks again!
