NAPA Oil Filter

I have been running the K&N Brand Oil Filters on my truck (83 6.9) for the last couple of years. Friend of mine sold his truck and gave me 6 NAPA Oil Filters. He claims they are made by WIX and are good quality. Anybody know if these are decent? Or are they like the FRAM Filters?

they are a really good filter depending on what grade you have
i talked to the local napa parts guy and there lower grade filter is like a fram he said

the NAPA Gold filters are Wix.

I believe these are "Nascar" filters?? Thats what the box says.

Nascar Select, the retail cost is $7.00 (on sale, they said regular price is $12.00)

I guess I will use them, Im very particular about Oil Filters, and I am just wanting to make sure these arent cheapies!

they are mid grade
