How to adjust idle speed on '95 3500 4x4, 5.9 w/auto trans

I made an adjustment on governor spring collars(4-clicks), which increased performance, but also increased idle speed(from~700 to 1200 rpm). What's best method to adjust idle speed back to ~700. Any help would be appreciated!

Have you messed with the idle screw on the back of the pump? Takes a 10mm wrench. It's basically the stop for the throttle arm. Lock nut is on the lower side, and to lower it you would turn the bolt clockwise if I remember right.
