I was driving and my headlight switch crapped out on me I need to know what wires I can just cut and splice to get me home there are 9 colored wires its a 91 f250 7.3 idi

This might help, I only have a 89 manual but the HL switch might be the same. There are nine terminals on the switch.
DN - D1 - D2 -
IGN - R - H
B1 - B2 - I
Looking at the switch like I have it layed out, the left side would be the blank end, the right side would be the shaft (pull) side.
DN -- Day time Ill.----D1--Dome Lamp feed-----D2--To Dome Lamp----Ign.--DN feed----R--Parking Lites
H--To Headlites----B1--Headlite Feed----B2--Park Rear Feed.
