You just saved me $20! There's a re-printer that offers that on ebay every now and then. I've been tempted, but never bought it since I didn't know what all it contained.
Since my computer has a tendency to crash every few months and I don't have wireless internet at the barn, I bookmarked it AND printed the whole thing out. Thanks!

Now if I can find the same thing for the 6.9, I'll have the complete set. That one gets offered on ebay as well.
