fuel pressure gauge

hello folks...I want to do a few mods to my '95 F250 PSD...one is the FPR mod...but I want to know where I am before the mod...I purchased one of these http://www.canadiantire.ca/home.jsp (search fuel pressure gauge...its the 25-1020-8)...then read diesel excluded....anyone know why???...maybe the rubber composite????

Looked at it,can't find where it say's diesel excluded. Fuel hoses are made to handle any petroleum product, gasoline would eat the hose up quicker than diesel .

it says diesel excluded on the packaging...I called the company hot-line yesterday...rep said its not for diesel because we never tested them on a diesel...kid was prolly poppin' a pimple as he read me the company "standards"...'s cool..I bought another gauge yesterday...will keep this unit for the adapters it comes with...thanks OB
