Front Leaf Spring Bushings

Getting ready to replace my springs and have a couple of questions before I get started.
- Where are most people getting their bushings?
- Is it worthwhile getting the urathane instead of the rubber?
- Do the ones for my truck have metal sleeves outside the rubber or just rubber in the spring? (stuck at work)
- Is it necessary (or recommended) to change any other hardware when changing springs? (U bolts, shackles...)
- What color are '84 springs when brand new?
- Anything else parts-wise that I should have before I get started?

Springs were a silver color when new. Yes, I'd use Urathane. I suppose you read this in our tech articles didn't you?

I got all of the parts in a nice pile. Got the bushings from Summit and all new hardware from a 4x4 place in PA. Now I just have to get a few other things done (oil cooler, rear tank return line leaks) before attacking the springs. Definitely looking forward to doing it. Just a bit stretched for time right now.
