Found a 'like new' 1992 bench seat.......

same color and everything for my truck.............it was 3 feet behind me! My front underseat springs/wires were starting to give way under my ummm...weight. So I swapped the seats and now I have a nice firm seat for MY seat. I had to swap the the seat-backs, though because the rear seat isn't finished on the back side. Easy swap for anyone needing a 'new' front bench seat (if you have a crewcab).

I bought just the seat without the back for $11.00 at Pick-A-Part 1/2 off days. Matched great too.

I'm glad I'm not the only one contemplating that.
Other than swapping seatbacks, I was gonna get a piece of oak venere and make a back with it and add in a couple of cup holders.


Too much work to do for that project right now tho.

I stripped all the oak out of my truck when I got it. It felt to 80's for me.
