Looks to be new/ never used. Very robust pressure gauge reads to 1000 PSI. Its made to check compression either with the engine running, or cranking with the starter. I'd guess it dates from the 1960s to 1970s or so. Its English, made by Dunedin Engineering, London England.
Comes as pictured with the metal box and all the accessories.
